Beauty: Soap & Glory, Kick Ass Concealer

24 September 2013

A creamy consistency? Check. Great coverage? Check. Amazingly soft powder for setting? Check. These are just a few 'checks' that I have noticed with the Kick Ass Concealer in Light, after just five days of use. It's a great little product that is compact for squeezing into a make-up bag and also has a handy little mirror.

The concealer comes in three steps, step one to brighten your under eyes, step two to apply on any misbehaving spots or blemishes and finally step three to set the concealer in place. In terms of texture of the concealer I think it's great, it's really creamy but doesn't look at all cakey. I think the trick is to use as little as possible and it will go a long way. I use my fingers to pat the concealer onto the area's that need it and then buff it out using a Real Techniques Deluxe Crease Brush.

At £10.00 from Boots it isn't at all means the cheapest of concealers but I do think it is worth the money and I don't think I have tried any other drugstore brands that have pulled off a creamy three-step concealer. At the moment there is also a buy one get one half price offer at Boots so get yourself down there to check it out.

Have you tried the S&G Kick Ass Concealer? What do you think of it?
