Beauty: A Winter Lips Saviour

07 November 2013

It's all good and well through the colder months when we get to wrap up warm, knitted jumpers, a wooly scarf and hat, the lot. But when it gets to dry lips, thats something a gal has just got to hate. But not too fast, there's hope for moisturised lips yet. It's a small, glass, luxury pot of a waxy texture. Step up, Nuxe, Reve de Miel Lip Balm

Reve de Miel is an intense balm that I have found a saviour over the past week for my chapped poor lips. Everything I had tested had failed to keep them smooth and nourished until I finally decided to add this little pot of love to my checkout basket on Salon Skincare. It is usually priced at £9.50 for 15ml but I managed to purchase it for £7.99 and considering it was a necessity product, in my eyes I didn't see the problem in slightly breaking my spending ban, lets just call it bending the rules

The balm is used to repair and nourish dry and chapped lips with it's rich and delicious texture that contains a mixture of great ingredients including honey, shea butter and almond. I apply it whenever I feel it is necessary, the tiniest bit onto a finger goes a long way. If your a fan of the chocolate orange scent then you will love the lip balm even more and it's a definite thumbs up product for the drop in temperature that we have had in the UK recently. The Nuxe Reve de Miel has been seen as a 'must have product' and in 2010 one was sold every 28 seconds throughout the world! If that doesn't sell it to you, I don't know what does.

Have you tried the Reve de Miel lip balm? Or any other similar products?
